Lectio: Saturday morning, May 16

Here is a nugget from Nan Merrill’s wonderful translation of the Psalms…

I’m starting today with a new round of Psalm reading, having divided the entire collection into nuggets to read over thirty days.  So, this is Day One for a fresh start.

From Psalm 4

“Commune with the Heart of your heart

as you rest,

and be in silence.

Make peace with your fears,

and trust in Love.”

No need to add anything to that, I think…I will meditate on this all day…
