We are always reminded of how our world is flavored with consumerism. This article highlights the way we are called “to be mindful” of our very motivations to practice or explore mindfulness.
And, we are left with a question: how are we aware of our language, of how language can be co-opted by our egoic consciousness? How can we engage more deeply in the resonant spaces of our religious practice, seeking to get beyond ourselves? There are a lot of questions here…very good ones!
